I'm trying to pick up my game this year and get a sensory, fine motor, and gross motor skill activity in everyday! Let me tell you, Braeden just loves sensory activities! Unfortunately, we weren't able to go to the playground to work on gross motor skills because of the rain, but we managed a little bit of finger painting. Braeden is NOT a fan. I had to contain him in his high chair just to get him to participate. He seemed a little more interested when we made dots with our fingers while counting to ten. I also gave him the option of using a paint brush. He did alright with that for about 30 seconds. He then handed me the paint brush and said, "thank you." So we were all done!
