Wow, it's been a busy week and a half between Leslie coming to town, driving to Florida, and having my dad in town! I'm still trying to go through the 900 pictures to decide which are the cutest, but in the mean time, I have a really funny story! Leslie and I drove to Florida with the two boys (Colton is 9 months old). We stopped at the Florida welcome center to use the restroom, change diapers, and get the wiggles out. We decided to use the family restroom together so that we could help each other hold kids, etc. while the other one was using the restroom, and we could change diapers, all without ever leaving! Talk about one stop shopping! :) I used the restroom first while Leslie was changing Colton. Then we switched. I had told Leslie what a joy it was to use the restroom with a toddler hanging onto your knees and that B frequently looked like he was trying to figure out where the "water" was coming from. Well, let's just say that she got to see this first hand. While she was using the restroom, Braeden toddled over to her and quickly moved around to the back of the toilet. He then proceeded to try to stick his hand behind her bum to try to figure out where the "water" was coming from! We were both laughing hysterically! Boys, boys, boys. Don't think I won't retell this story at his wedding someday!
Here we are at the Florida Welcome Center. It was both boys first trip to Florida, so of course we had to document the occasion (and the fact that we had survived that long in the car with two kids). It was super windy, so we had a hard time getting a decent picture. Oh yes, and we had two wiggly boys!
